Personal data controller<\/strong> The controller of personal data is <strong>DYNAMIC FUTURE s.r.o.<\/strong>, with registered office at Ob\u010dansk\u00e1 1117\/23, Slezsk\u00e1 Ostrava, 710 00 Ostrava, ID No. 25871871, registered in the Commercial Register C 23574, maintained at the Regional Court in Ostrava, hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the controller&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>2. Scope of processed personal data<\/strong> The Controller processes personal data in the following scope:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name and surname<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-mail address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing and delivery address (for orders)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order history<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other information voluntarily provided by the customer (e.g. in the order note).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>3. Purposes of processing personal data<\/strong> We process your personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order processing<\/strong>: order processing and delivery of goods\/services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing purposes<\/strong>: Sending newsletters, offers or information about news and events, online advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer support<\/strong>: handling queries and requests through customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fulfilling legal obligations<\/strong>: archiving documents required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protecting the legitimate interests of the administrator<\/strong>: fraud prevention and IT infrastructure security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>4. Legal grounds for processing personal data<\/strong> The processing of personal data is based on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Performance of a contract<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract between the controller and the customer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legitimate interest of the controller<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): for example, protection of legal claims, direct marketing. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consent of the data subject<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): for example, for sending marketing communications. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performance of a legal obligation<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR): for example, archiving of accounting documents. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>5. Retention period of personal data<\/strong> We keep your data only for the necessary period of time, namely:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data for order processing and contract performance: for 10 years (in accordance with tax and accounting regulations).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing data: until withdrawal of consent (or for 3 years from the last contact).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data within the scope of legitimate interests: until the expiry of the time limit for making claims (usually 3 years).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>After these periods, the personal data are irretrievably deleted or anonymised.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>6. Access to personal data<\/strong> The following have access to personal data:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Staff of the administrator who have been duly instructed on the duty of confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data processors, which include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IT service providers (e.g. hosting and email campaign management).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External accountants and tax advisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courier and delivery services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing tools (e.g. Ecomail, Mailchimp, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The controller has a data processing agreement with all processors to ensure the protection of your data.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>7. Your rights You<\/strong> have the following rights under the GDPR:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Right of access to personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to rectification of inaccurate data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to erasure (&#8220;right to be forgotten&#8221;) if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes of processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to restriction of processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to data portability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>8.
