The tool for predicting demand from the DYNAMIC FUTURE workshop has been used by several domestic companies for a long time. PREWIT (PREdiction WIzard Tool)<\/span> works with statistical analysis of consumption in the past, according to the company representatives Jir\u030ci\u0301 S\u030clajer and Petr Jalu\u030avka, it is a form of so-called \u201cself-learning\u201d. Here are the reasons why companies like MP Kra\u0301sno and MADETA can\u2019t live without it:<\/p>\n

1. Transparency<\/h3>\n

The calculations that PREWIT performs are completely understandable<\/strong> and understood by anyone who implements the tool. As Jan S\u030clajer says: \u201cWe clearly explain to users on the basis of which data and in what way PREWIT reaches a specific result. And they can check it for themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n

2. Complexity<\/h3>\n

PREWIT can extract all of the data that the company \u201clives on\u201d. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it truly sets the real situation correctly. Petr Jalu\u030avka states that software usually assigns the sale of a specific item or article to a specific customer, according to the lowest price. However, if two or three events with the same price coincide in one period, the assignment of the lowest price to a specific event is random. \u201cOn the other hand, PREWIT has a clearly defined algorithm that always<\/strong> works the same way.<\/strong> This means that it actually sets the history to work with the same data all the time. The results are then really accurate, not random,\u201d explains Petr Jalu\u030avka.<\/p>\n

3. Fast implementation<\/h3>\n

\u201cWe are able to very quickly adapt PREWIT to a specific food company, and implement it,\u201d states J. S\u030clajer. Currently, it takes 2-4 months<\/strong> for the system\u00a0to be ready to work. Other advantages include its pleasant user environment and easy operation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

4. Sustainability<\/h3>\n

Because PREWIT is built on strong pillars, it manages to \u201cbalance\u201d even completely unimaginable shocks. As an example, P. Jalu\u030avka cites the situation that MP Kra\u0301sno managed, thanks to the tool, covid and swine fever in China: \u201cHuge problems on the pork market have manifested themselves throughout Europe. And it turned out that our software ran stably, without the need to fix algorithms or reprogramme anything. It still provided the benefits it was implemented for, and helped people react to external influences<\/strong> without any intervention.\u201d Being able to work with PREWIT long-term and with excellent results has proven to be one of its strongest points.<\/p>\n

5. Our own, custom development<\/h3>\n

DYNAMIC FUTURE is a Czech consulting company with more than a 20 year history. It has been developing the PREWIT tool for 15 years. “We didn’t take over anything; we invented the entire PREWIT ourselves with our colleagues. But its development did not stop. Together with our clients, we constantly change it according to their needs, so it completely<\/strong> reflects operational<\/strong> reality<\/strong>,” states Jan S\u030clajer.<\/p>\n

6. Self-learning<\/h3>\n

\u201cThe longer PREWIT works in a company, the more accurate<\/strong> it is, and goes on to achieve better and better results,\u201d says Petr Jalu\u030avka. A prime example is MP Kra\u0301sno, in which the system worked with tons or hundreds of kilograms after implementation. Currently, the predictions happen at the kilogram level, so the prediction is really accurate, and can save a lot in costs.<\/p>\n

The representatives of DYNAMIC FUTURE are convinced that the tool for predictive simulations changes companies from the ground up. \u201cPREWIT is for customers who don\u2019t believe in miracles. The accuracy of the prediction is based on hard and true data,\u201d explains Petr Jalu\u030avka. There is no such thing as a magic algorithm, and if PREWIT is to work, there must be a revolution in the perception of<\/strong> the customer\u2019s data<\/strong>. It must not collect it \u201cfor someone\u201d, but for itself and its own improvement. Only then can realistic results be generated, based on this.
