We need to replace paper records and decentralized ordering with an efficient warehouse system – this was the task of the Administration of Sports and Recreational Facilities in Hav\u00ed\u0159ov, which approached SALSO<\/a> with a request to implement SALSOWMS<\/sub><\/a>. The organisation, which manages over 15 sports centres<\/strong>, has an annual turnover of CZK 140 million. The implementation of the new system will take SALSO approximately 3 months. <\/p>\n\n

Default state<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Before the introduction of the new system, the situation in Hav\u00ed\u0159ov was very complicated. As Ivan Slu\u0161t\u00edk, director of SALSO, describes, each sports venue ordered all materials and services separately: <\/p>\n\n

“There was no overview of the actual consumption, the warehouse only received and processed invoices<\/strong> as they came in. Records of items purchased were kept backwards on paper cards.” <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Such a process was, of course, not only inefficient, but also time-consuming and full of errors. Each sports venue had discretion in the orders, which led to a lot of confusion. Therefore, the Sports and Recreation Facilities Administration Hav\u00ed\u0159ov (SSRZ Hav\u00ed\u0159ov) decided to centralize the orders and simplify everything. <\/p>\n\n

WMS makes processes faster, clearer and eliminates errors<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The introduction of SALSOWMS<\/sub><\/a> brings a fundamental change in the approach to materials management and ordering. The WMS(Warehouse Management System<\/strong>) provides centralized materials management, automation of purchasing processes and integration with the economic structure of the organization. <\/p>\n\n

“Each centre is connected by a web client, which does not require installation and allows to monitor the requests and delivery history<\/strong>,” explains Ivan Slu\u0161t\u00edk.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The system will enable efficient order management and reduce the number of manual tasks. This will contribute to greater clarity and minimise errors. The web-based platform will ensure easy access to data, which means faster and more efficient communication between the centres and the central warehouse. <\/p>\n\n
